Job Description
Responsible for implementation of the Netfast Network Services 2005 Sales Plan by building a high performance sales team in order to identify network security consulting and integration opportunities, meet with customer decision makers, analyze customer needs, evaluate customer requirements and recommend Netfast products and solutions. Will have the ultimate responsibility of achieving Team Quota 2005.
The ideal candidate should be a self-disciplined, strong, confident, and inspiring leader that is comfortable with change. A suitable applicant must be an individual who excels at problem solving and building relationships through strong interpersonal skills. We are also seeking a strong, confidence-inspiring leader that encourages results-driven, task-oriented performance form his/her team.
Responsibilities:
- Establish an outbound network services sales organization, including staffing, training, processes, metrics, tools, reports, and culture.
- Attain quarterly forecast financial objectives, including revenue, gross margin, and contribution margin after selling expenses.
- Recruit, train, develop, and retain a world-class Inside Sales organization.
- Motivate and lead a team of Inside Sales professionals.
- Provide the team with sales tools and techniques to achieve their goals.
- Create and implement a robust business management system that enables granular sales rep activities management via timely monitoring and action on sales performance KPI's.
- Provide senior management with daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales activities, projections and performance.
- Develop and deliver quarterly sales forecasts, in concert with channel management teams.
- Lead in the development of a sales-driven culture.
Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of outside network technology sales success, with an additional 3+ years of direct management experience of an outside sales team.
- Must be thoroughly familiar with network security solutions from leading providers.
- Consistent achievement of sales revenue, margin, and expense targets.
- Thorough understanding of applying appropriate metrics and measurements in a sales environment.
- Clear leadership, mentoring and motivational abilities.
- Experience in hiring, developing, rewarding and retaining a sales team.
- Experience selling high value-add branded products and services to a diverse customer base.
- Clear ability to multi-task and learn and leverage a variety of software applications.
- Must have strong analytic side to complement sales ability.
- Demonstrated experience in problem identification and resolution for customers as well as employees
- 4 year college degree required
