VPN and DoS solutions, the Juniper Networks NetScreen-ISG 2000 enables secure, reliable
connectivity along with network and application-level protection for key, high-traffic network
segments. The NetScreen-ISG 2000 is built on Juniper Network’s next-generation architecture
which includes a fourth generation security ASIC, the GigaScreen3, high speed microprocessors
and add-on security modules to provide the predictable, multi-Gigabit performance needed for the

The NetScreen-5000 Series security systems integrate firewall, DoS and DDoS protection, VPN, and traffic management functionality in lowprofile modular chassis. Built around NetScreen’s third generation security ASIC and distributed system architecture, the NetScreen-5000 Series offers excellent scalability and flexibility while providing high levels of security through NetScreen’s custom operating system, NetScreen ScreenOS. modular physical interfaces, redundant power supplies, fans and high availability interfaces, the
NetScreen-500 exceeds most enterprises’ typical traffic conditions. It is well suited to match the peak

The Juniper Networks NetScreen-200 Series is one of the most versatile pair of security appliances available
today. They easily integrate and secure many different network environments, including medium and large
enterprise offices, e-business sites, data centers, and carrier infrastructure. Complete with either four or eight
auto-sensing 10/100 Base-T Ethernet ports, the NetScreen-200 Series performs firewall functions at wire
speed (400 Mbps on the NetScreen-204 and 550 Mbps on the NetScreen-208). Even the most computationally
intense applications, such as 3DES and AES encryption, are performed at speeds greater than 200 Mbps.

The Juniper Networks NetScreen-25 and NetScreen-50 offer a complete security solution for enterprise
branch and remote offices as well as small and medium size companies. Featuring four auto-sensing
10/100 Ethernet ports, the NetScreen-25 and NetScreen-50 provide solutions for perimeter security with
multiple DMZs, VPNs for wireless LAN security, or protection of internal networks. The NetScreen-25 has
the same number of Ethernet interfaces and offers 100 Mbps of firewall and 20 Mbps of 3DES or AES VPN
performance, with support for 32,000 concurrent sessions and 125 VPN tunnels. The NetScreen-50 is a
high performance security appliance, offering 170 Mbps of firewall and 45 Mbps of 3DES or AES VPN
performance, with support for 64,000 concurrent sessions and 500 VPN tunnels.

Using the same firewall, VPN, and DoS mitigation technology as NetScreen’s high-end central site products, the NetScreen-5XT is fully capable of securing a remote office, retail outlet, or a broadband telecommuter. The NetScreen-5XT supports dial-backup or dual Ethernet ports for redundant Internet connections when network uptime is business critical. The NetScreen-5XT has received Common Criteria and FIPS certifications.

The Juniper Networks NetScreen-Hardware Security Client, combined with NetScreen-Security Manager, is Juniper’s most cost effective security solution for the fixed telecommuter and small remote office. It can easily be deployed and managed in large deployments with Juniper Network’s Rapid Deployment capabilities, eliminating expensive staging steps. Using the same operating system as all NetScreen firewall and VPN solutions, the NetScreen-Hardware Security Client is able to provide the same level of protection as is found at the central sites.
